To my knowledge, the PD field is always blank for EAD reciept notices.
I e-filed EAD renewal. On the I-797 Notice of Action that they mailed me, the "Priority Date" field is blank. The same is true for my last EAD notice of action as well which I did not check last time. Is it normally blank?
Is anybody else in the same boat?

As your H-1B has been withdrawn prior to your filing for the H-1B change of employer, you are now out of status. An H-1B withdrawal is technically effective immediately upon receipt by USCIS.
The best bet would be to file for a new H-1B (assuming that you did not exhaust your six years of H-1B time) under the fiscal year cap as this has not been reached.
You should notify your legal counsel of the H-1B withdrawal and see how they want to handle it. While it is true that you are currently not in status, they may have an alternate policy.

I have my labor cleared and 140 applied in 2007. Later in 2007 I had filed for 485 based on the pending 140 application and received EAD as well. But the 140 was denied later due to ineligibility to file on EB2 and a new one I140 was applied in EB2 refering the pending 485 application and the same old labor. This I140 has been pending since last few years and my attorney only received a letter stating it is under review, when a SR was raised. Meanwhile I have received EAD and AP extensions properly based on the pending 485.
I would like to apply 140 again from a different company using the old labor and refering the pending 485 application sine i am currently on EAD using the pending 485 application.
Questions
1. Can i do that?
2. If so, what documents would i need from my company to process this.

If you want immediate responses then your questions should be either on EAD/AP/485 or something to do with GC. For other queries members here take low priority..this is my observation..!!! But keep sharing knowledge ...!!!

I have always surrendered both (done it 3 times so far) as it says on the I-797 that it will delay the re-entry if I did not surrender the one printed on it.

Went to school from 96 to 2000.
WOrking on H-1 since then.
Numerous trips outside. Last one in 2005 on an H-1 visa.
What do I do now?
That should not be any problem at all. I called my school's International office and they got my I20 from 99 scanned it and emailed it to me. I got it within half a day of making the call.

Dear my friends Can I get copy of LC filing copy and 45 letter copy through
FOIA? I recently got laid off after working 4 years in same company. My employer is refusing to give LC filing copy. I was thinking of local office visits only. If you are from MD, then we can go together to visit the Senators in Baltimore or Hagerstown.
I am from the 6th district and my representative is Roscoe G. Bartlett. He has an office in Frederick and I will try to meet him there.
I have not decided when to visit. May be in a couple of weeks.
I'd be interested, are you planning to do local or DC offices?
I have met with staffers from offices of both MD senators a few times (in their DC offices) and I have been to the DC office of my local Congress woman.

For your information, most employment in the United States is "at will", which boils down to, the employer can dismiss you at any time for any, or no, reason whatsoever.
The fact that it's "retaliation" is not likely relevant.

My cousin sister told me yesterday that - many are shy. Especially men - men could be the shyest people when it comes to showing up in public.
Yes, a big reason for people hiding inside closets is shyness.
This is also called social inhibition - UNABLE TO INTERACT SOCIALLY IN PUBLIC.
COME ON FOKLS - LETS ALL BE REAL MEN - LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT YOU EXIST. YOU HAVE TO OVERCOME YOUR SHYNESS
A LOT OF WOMEN ARE DOING SELFLESS HELP AT IV - THESE WOMEN ARE BRAVE - THEY WILL ONLY APPRECIATE BRAVE MEN - SO IF YOU SHOW UP YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED BY ALL THE GREAT WOMEN AT IV.
To quota an example: When I went to a discotheque for the first time - I was just standing there doing nothing. I was giving all excuses - like headache, no mood etc..... but all it took was someone to pull me in, and after that i was never shy.

As I will not be on H1B and neither I have Green Card ?
I talked to lot of people about using AC21, nobody is clear.
